Storage Replicas may not be something we want to dig into just now, but a few of you might.  The main requirement is that you are running Server 2016 DataCenter.  You may not have installed this edition when we setup our computers this quarter.  An alternative might be something like File Replication Services.  If you are already running a domain controller there is a way to use replication to automatically backup files between the two DC's.  EDIT - I looked up FRS and it has been "deprecated"   8-(
