Online book - Ubuntu user's manual

We will be using a variety of online materials during the quarter.  The first one is an online user's manual for Ubuntu 18.10 specifically.  Ubuntu has changed a few things slightly in its desktop since version 16.04 (which has a .pdf file) - so it will be useful for beginners to have a manual specifically for our distribution version.
