https://cointelegraph.com/news/linux-targeting-cryptojacking-malware-disables-cloud-based-security-measures-report
A new CryptoJacking malware has been found and can disable servers that only have cloud based security measures in order to avoid detection on Linux servers. Also this virus can take advantage of some older versions of Apache, struts 2 and oracle web-logic. How to prevent it? Keep your Linux up to date.

My article is about some of the best Linux distros for gaming. The article goes over how to choose the best distro for you and what each one includes. Some of the articles include Ubuntu GamePack, SteamOS, Lakka, and Game Drift Linux. The article also includes hardware requirements for each distro. https://thishosting.rocks/best-linux-distros-for-gaming/

My article goes over 15 weird and surprising devices that run a flavor of linux. One common fact i was unaware of is that linux is running on 94% of supercomputers and other high end computers. one of these devices is the '13 Cadillac xts, it has its own perpetuity version of linux that can even recognize your voice. as well as very important systems like the San Francisco's traffic control system to air traffic control systems. this article demonstrates all the wide uses of the Linux kernel and how far Linux has really spread.

The article I found talks about Linux used in the animation of movies by DreamWorks. It talks about how Linux is used to create the animations. It also explains the process of going from a 2d drawing to an animated 3d animation through the use of Linux. https://www.linuxjournal.com/article/4803

What changes were made to linux in 2018 and their plans in 2019. Talks about stuff such as the transition from unity to Gnome desktop, For the future, it talks about companies such as steam working to make windows games more compatible on Linux, backing Wine, and using DirectX or Vulcan.

I found this article on the "History of Linux" by Kathleen Juell. I thought it was well done by simplifying all the information that we watched in class on Linuxes history. She gave the key features of Unix and of Linux.in a nice little package that was easy to absorb.

Thank you
