To whom it may concern: 

My business is interested in purchasing a number of computers, they will be used for multimedia, 3D modeling, drafting and light gaming. 

Processor – either an Intel or AMD processor. Processor should be a quad-core processor at the minimum. 

RAM – 16 GB of RAM is ideal, although you could spec out 8GB with an upgrade price to 16GB. 

HDD – 250GB Solid State Drive – either SATA or M.2 format with an additional SATA storage drive of at least 1TB in size. 

Motherboard – any brand. Must be able to support RAID 1 or RAID 5 

Sound Card – should be able to support surround sound and have S/PDIF (Toslink) output 

Wi-Fi – Computer must support Wi-Fi – can be integrated into motherboard or an addon solution 

Video Card – Nvidia or AMD graphics card with 4GB RAM – Video performance is a priority for 3D 

Optical Drive – Include pricing for a DVD burner 

Operating System – Include pricing for Windows 10 OS 

Monitor – Price for the system does not include a monitor, but add an item price for a 27” monitor 

Keyboard and mouse – Include price for a keyboard and mouse – they do not have to be wireless 

Case – Computer case of sufficient size to hold the SSD and at least 2 additional hard drives internally
