Since people are usually using chrome more then explorer you can follow the instructions at the link above to set chrome to whatever default homepage you want among other settings.

PART 1
1. Boot your locked computer using your Windows 10 installation DVD. If your computer doesn’t boot from it, you might need to change the boot order and disable UEFI secure boot.
2. After loading the installation files from the DVD, you’ll be shown the language setup screen. Just press SHIFT + F10 key combinations to launch the Command Prompt.
3. Use the dir command to find the drive letter of your Windows installation. Note that when you boot into a Live CD, the drive letter for your Windows installation may not be the same. In my example, Windows 10 was installed on C:\ drive but it’s now mounted as D:\, and C:\ is assigned to the System Reserved partition.
4. Enter the following two commands one by one, press Enter after each. Replace d:\ with the correct drive letter if Windows is not mounted on d:.
copy d:\windows\system32\sethc.exe d:\
copy /y d:\windows\system32\cmd.exe d:\windows\system32\sethc.exe
The first command backs up the sethc.exe file, and the second replaces it with the cmd.exe.
5. Now close everything and cancel Windows Setup. Remove the installation disc and reboot.Part 2: Reset Windows 10 Password from Login Screen
PART 2
Once you get back to Windows 10 login screen, press the SHIFT key 5 times in a row, it will open the Command Prompt in administrator mode.
1. Enter the following command to reset your lost Windows 10 password. Substitute the name of the account to reset and a new password as appropriate. If you don’t know your account name, just type [color=#0000FF]net use

Kaspersky has openly admitted they had received NSA hacking tools that were attached to a larger file that was deemed a security risk. They say that when they realized what they had they deleted it from their system. Great article on the subject.

17 Year veteran of Police Department is locked up indefinitely until he decrypts hard drives that potentially have Child Abuse images on them. He has not been formally charged yet. His lawyer has argued that producing the passcode, stored as it is in his client’s brain, would violate his Constitutional rights regarding self-incrimination.

Using things such as spearfishing in emails, hackers that belong to a group called Sandworm, were able to take control of the interfaces engineers use to send commands to things such as circuit breakers. Giving them direct control to stop power to US homes.

Adobe is included and does ship on the Windows Server 2016 media. It can be installed by adding the Remote Desktop Session Host (RDSH) role.
1. Go to Add roles and Features
2. Select Role Based
3. Select your server from server pool.
4. Select "Remote Desktop Services"
5. Select "Remote Desktop Session Host"
Just hit next until it installs and restarts the computer and now Packet Tracer 3.2 should work.
