This article talks about a Linux distribution xTix. What is special about this distro is it is running the Linux 5.0 Kernel, xfce 4.13, and has Kodi, the open source home media tool pre-installed. Xfce is a popular user environment in the linux world, and is low demanding. The devs have pre loaded Nvidia graphics drivers on it. The development branch is based on Ubuntu 19.04

Ubuntu 19.04 beta is released on March 28th, and will have some new features. It comes with Gnome 3.32 Desktop, and Linux 4.2 Kernel. The final release for 19.04 version of Ubuntu is scheduled for April 18th of this year, if last minute bugs are found during the beta stages.

This article explains SSH, and how it works. It compares it to telnet, and why it was created due to telnet's poor security due to it's data being transferred as plain text. It also talks about how a client initiates SSH connection with a server, using port 22. It helps you understand what ssh is, and what happens when a user tries to login to the server.

Samsung DeX is entering private beta. DeX is a little dock where you can put your phone on and you can run a full Linux distro. In the beta, you will only be able to run Ubuntu 16.04 LTS though. The dock plugs into a monitor, your phone can sit on it, and you can have a full linux machine. It will only support linux apps that are designed for  ARM 64-bit architecture.

These commands make your terminal do different stuff like make jokes, have a train, make your terminal look like the matrix, and more. You can even open a fire in a new window that looks like code. There are 15 different commands if you feel like making your terminal do something else than what we normally do.

Wine helps Linux users use Windows applications on a Linux based distribution. Wine 4.0 update was recently released on January 22. The update includes Game-Controller support, Vulkan Support, and patches to the program. More than 6,000 changes were found in the update. This is a way that linux can start to compete with Windows as one of the top operating systems

What changes were made to linux in 2018 and their plans in 2019. Talks about stuff such as the transition from unity to Gnome desktop, For the future, it talks about companies such as steam working to make windows games more compatible on Linux, backing Wine, and using DirectX or Vulcan.

This article is about car manufacturers using a linux based distro in there cars. Car manufacturers such as Tesla, Mazda, Toyota, Mercedes Benz, and others use Linux based os in there cars for accessibility to the user. Tesla has their own distro that is used in their models of car. Linux is becoming popular within the car industry.
