This article is how to run DOS on a Raspberry Pi.
YOU can't run the actual MS-DOS, instead it will be running on a DOS emulator by using QEMU (Quick EMUlator), which is a open source virtual machine that can only use DOS Programs and games for now.

LibreElec is a opensource Cross-plateform media software. It adds many new features and enhancements, like retro gaming support, DRM support for streaming content. 
It also got a Maintenance Update which improves better hardware support, and overhauls the underlying OS core to improve stability.
