Enable Wake on Lan

Windows 10 supports a wake on lan feature (provided that the ethernet card  NIC supports it)

This article shows how to enable it and a small program to download that sends out the "magic packet" to the systems on the network.  This is great for waking up computers to send out a patch or security update.
