You need to configure distribution groups to allow outside E-Mail
1) Open the Exchange Control Panel.
2) Click groups.
3) Click on the group you want to edit.
4) Click on the editing pencil.
5) Click on delivery management.
6) Switch to allowing the list to receive inside and outside e-mail.
7) Click save.
