Capturing a USB into a Hyper-V environment

This is similar to adding the VHD's as additional hard drives.  You have to mount the USB to the Hyper-V environment
EDIT - It appears that not all USB drives will display the offline option....So, article won't work for all drives.  My 64GB drive did not show offline option.  External USB hard drives will.
