https://www.foxbusiness.com/technology/major-us-companies-breached-robbed-and-spied-on-by-chinese-hackers This a longer article that goes in depth with how ingrained the Chinese became with American companies and their intellectual property. The article talks about how APT10 is elusive and actually insults the people who try to study it.

Re: Article #2 Due January 24th...

This article discusses users and groups in linux and also access control lists. It walks through using the terminal to create users and groups, add users to groups, and even creating files and adding content to them. Then it breaks down the permission settings. I find this article helpful because it lists commands for every step you would need from creating users, groups and files, to setting the permissions all through the CLI.

This article is a great refresher of the TCP/IP model and gives beginner sysadmin tips and tricks for troubleshooting Linux environments. The article lists sequential commands at each layer of the model as well as describing common issues an admin might deal with.

If you haven’t been paying attention to a little Linux desktop distribution called Deepin, it’s time to put it on your radar. Nevermind that Huawei chose Deepin to ship on their MateBook laptop lineup. Nevermind that Deepin Cloud Sync is a killer, forward-thinking feature that every Linux distro needs to adopt, t he UX is more intuitive and more enjoyable than macOS and Windows 10. And fortunately, a quick setting can also transform Deepin to resemble the traditional Windows or macOS desktop paradigms you’re already comfortable with.
