Computers from Ukraine to the United States were significantly struck on Tuesday in a international cyber attack. In Kiev which  is the capital of Ukraine an ATM stopped working so workers were forced to manually monitor the radiation when computers fail. Tech managers at companies around the world were scrambled to find an answer. The attack was the most sophisticated in as series of attacks Ukraine had endured.
